With an MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain Management and over 28 years of experience, he is the recipient of many awards for his dynamic leadership and for creating a niche in the ODC [Over Dimensional Cargo] segment that is unparalleled in the history of Indian logistics. Under his chairmanship, NTC Logistics is ranked 7th in the list of the world’s largest specialized vehicles and equipment owners by ICT-50.

Having reached the pinnacle in the Indian logistics industry and building 30+ years of trusted partnerships with leading industrial establishments, Mr. Chandramohan has moved on to several allied and diversified areas of business. His genius has enabled NTC Logistics to evolve and emerge into a multi-national and multi-billion-rupee conglomerate, the NTC Group, catering to several significant nation-building sectors.

Today, with its expanding global footprint, NTC Group is a family of over 5000 people. Through its independent business ventures, the group has expanded its horizons to different fields such as engineering, infrastructure, renewable energy, manufacturing, technology, international courier, agro-solutions, organic farms, and food products development.

Besides many professional feats in the logistics sphere, Dr. Chandramohan is dedicated to improving the lives of the underprivileged in India through the Palaniammal Kandaswamy Charitable Trust. The trust actively engages in various corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities to extend a helping hand to those in need and promote well-being in the country. He is also the Chairman of Board of Trustees of Arulmigu Dhandayuthapaniswamy Temple, Palani.

As an avid sports enthusiast passionate about Badminton, he inspires to take up sports and lends a hand to talented athletes in rural areas to showcase their talent in the national and international arenas through his Young Champions Sports Association.

Balaji.V has worked in all facets of the value chain across industry segment such VMI based manufacturing, High value logistics, FMCG. Prior to founding SCINNTC, Balaji.V was with Avvashya CCI, All Cargo, FSC, Writer Corporation, YCH, Gillette at leadership positions. He has instrumental in major turnaround in the organisations served.

Have a niche in identifying the hidden opportunities in the business to capitalise for the start / growth of business. Have started new areas of business successfully from the scratch and have successfully reported a positive EBIDTA year after year after w with the team as the backbone. With self-motivated live wire approach, was able to motivate & instigate the team for a successful performance always with zeal and enthusiasm. Was able to show a quantum jump of business growth of over 35% to 40% every year with new additions of global customers to climb up the success ladder.
With an eye for business turnaround, process re-engineering and with diversified experience of manufacturing / sales & Marketing / Supply chain logistics & ERP systems, have served in large professional public limited companies reporting positive results to the board quarter after successfully with professionally qualified vertical heads reporting. As CEO AT SCINNTC, Balaji directs the executive team and oversees company’s day to day operations, as well as client relations, Sales, Marketing & new business initiatives.

Raajasundaram is the Joint Managing Director of NTC Logistics and the Director of NTC Group of companies. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role. Holding an MBA from the National Institute of Business Management, he has cultivated a profound understanding of business management and financial oversight. His academic background laid a solid foundation for his career, enabling him to navigate the complexities of corporate finance with ease and precision.

With over 28 years of experience, Mr. Raajasundaram has demonstrated exceptional skill in managing budgets, treasury, accounts, audits, compliances, and insurance. His comprehensive knowledge in these areas has been instrumental in maintaining the financial health and stability of the NTC Group. Since he joined in NTC Group in 1997, he has built a formidable reputation for his leadership in Finance & Accounting. His natural flair for governing corporate finances has been a significant asset to the organization.

Thillaiarasan helms the fleet operations and special projects division at NTC, leveraging his expertise as an Automobile Engineer and his passion for automobiles. His deep understanding of transportation systems and vehicle dynamics has driven the success of NTC's fleet operations, ensuring the company's vehicles are always in top condition. His proficiency in managing ODC (Over-Dimensional Cargo) vehicles and maintenance has allowed him to design and modify fleets to operate efficiently in adverse terrains and unfavorable weather conditions.
